1. Who you're buying from.

eilmah.com is operated by EILMAH, a sole proprietorship of Nadeem Pasha, registered at First Floor, No. 55, 4th B Cross Road, Hegde Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077, India — GSTIN 29GIFPP9287K1Z4. "Eilmah", "we" and "us" in these terms mean that business; "you" means the customer placing an order.

2. What we sell.

The Tadabbur Collection and its companion, Beyond Recitation: illustrated Qur'an-reflection books sold as printed paperbacks and as ebooks (digital downloads). Product pages describe each book honestly — page counts, what's inside, and what it is not (a companion for reflection, not a translation or tafsir).

3. Prices & currency.

Prices are shown in your local currency wherever we can. Orders within India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR); international orders are charged in US Dollars (USD). In every case the exact amount you will be charged, including shipping and any applicable GST, is shown at checkout before you pay — the figure on the pay button is the figure that is charged. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate. We may correct obvious pricing errors on the site, but once you've paid we will never ask you for more — your order stands at the price you paid or, if we genuinely cannot honour it, is cancelled with a full refund.

4. Orders & payment.

Payments are processed by Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets within India; international cards and Apple Pay elsewhere, secured with 3-D Secure. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds, and your receipt is emailed to you. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or an address we cannot deliver to — any cancellation by us is refunded in full, without you having to ask; refund timings are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery.

Paperbacks ship tracked, worldwide, and ebooks arrive by email — exactly as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Refunds, replacements & cancellations.

Everything about cancelling an order, lost parcels, late dispatch, and missing-or-damaged claims — including the continuous unboxing-video requirement for claims — is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which also forms part of these terms. Please read it before opening your parcel.

7. Your ebook licence.

Buying an ebook gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices. It does not transfer copyright, and it doesn't permit sharing, forwarding, uploading, printing for distribution, or reselling the files — each copy sold is what lets a small independent publisher keep making these books. We may revoke the licence (without refund) where it is clearly breached.

8. Our content.

Everything on this site and in the books — text, artwork, covers, photographs, the reflection method — is the intellectual property of Eilmah or used with permission, and protected by copyright. Quoting brief passages to share with attribution is welcome; reproducing books or substantial parts of them is not.

9. Your account.

Accounts use one-time email codes — no passwords. You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us (a wrong address is the most common cause of a lost parcel), and for keeping access to your email inbox secure.

10. Reviews you share.

If you send us a review, photo or message about the books and approve it for sharing, we may display it on the site or our Instagram, with your name or handle as you gave it. Ask us any time to take one down and we will.

11. Our responsibility to you.

We stand behind every order as described in these policies. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Indian consumer law gives you that cannot be limited.

12. Law & disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. But please — talk to us first. Almost everything is solved with one honest email.

14. Changes to these terms.

If we update these terms, the new version applies to orders placed after it's published here, with the date above refreshed. The terms in force when you ordered are the ones that govern your order.
